Parties begin and end at 363 Gallagher Ave., Logan, Ohio 43138. You will see our Sykyl Pub and can check in with the pilot. Cruises last approximately 2 hours.

To ensure a timely departure, please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled start time. It allows us to check you in, load up, and go over the rules before the tour begins.

FOOD AND DRINKS
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. If you are bringing alcohol, you must abide by our Alcohol Policy at all times. Each rider may bring their own personal-sized cooler. Remember to bring water or other hydrating drinks to stay hydrated and snacks if desired. Please note that you cannot bring any outside beverages or food into our partner establishments. (no glass)

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for pedaling. We offer limited overhead storage space for personal items, and extra layers such as jackets on our Sykyl pub.

MUSIC/PLAYLISTS
We offer a rocking sound system and party lights! You are welcome to bring your own music/playlists aboard and can connect via Bluetooth directly to our speakers. We can also provide tons of music and playlists of your choice. Please be aware that we pedal through residential neighborhoods, so the captain will be in control of the volume.

DECORATIONS
Festive decorations and themed Sykyl Pub parties are permissible on private cruises only. Inappropriate or offensive décor will not be allowed.

A trained and experienced Sykyl Pub Captain will drive the bike, allowing your group to focus on enjoying the party.

Yes, tipping is appreciated! Your Sykyl Pub Captain works for tips and aims to provide an excellent experience. You can add a tip in advance when making your booking, give your driver cash, or request to add it to the credit card on file after the party.
Absolutely! We have a rocking sound system and LED lights for the perfect party ambiance. You can also bring your own playlist and act as the DJ for your ride.
The Hocking Hills Sykyl Pub can accommodate up to 15 passengers, with a minimum of six people needed to pedal the bike. Non-private parties and pub crawls (based on individual tickets) will be confirmed once we reach the minimum number of riders.
The minimum age for parties involving alcohol, including pub crawls, is 21 years or older. Private parties may have people under 21 on board, but they must not consume alcohol and must be accompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. Infants and children requiring a car seat are not allowed on board.
For private parties, you have the freedom to choose any stop within our operating area. Whether you have favorite bars in mind or want a new experience, simply let your captain know where you'd like to go or ask for recommendations. Most groups can make up to three stops, with approximately 25 minutes at each location.

For pub crawls with multiple groups, a set itinerary of three bar stops is pre-planned and cannot be changed. Typical cruises last approximately 2 hours.
Yes, indeed! We encourage you to actively pedal, as it not only propels the bike but also offers a fun way to burn calories and help the environment.
Yes, reservations are a must! You can secure your spot on the pedal bar through our online booking system or by giving us a call. As weekends tend to fill up quickly, we recommend planning ahead to secure your desired time slot.
Typically, reservations are for approximately two hours, unless otherwise specified or additional time is purchased. We do offer some flexibility for large company groups or reservations made on Sundays to Thursdays, upon request.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your reservation's start time to allow for check-in, sign waiver verification, rule overview, and a prompt departure.
No need to worry! If you haven't received an email confirmation, simply give us a call, and we'll verify that we have the correct email address on file and resend the confirmation.
If your reservation email indicates "Confirmed," no further action is required. However, emails that say "Pending" still need payment to be confirmed or haven't reached the minimum number of riders needed for confirmation.

Please note that pending reservations are NOT confirmed until you receive a specific email confirming your status. For smaller groups, we may pair you with others to reach the minimum number of riders required for confirmation. If we are unable to confirm your booking, you will have the option of changing times or receiving a refund.

"On Hold" emails indicate that you are on a waiting list, and the time slot is not yet available. All customers with pending and on-hold bookings will be notified 24 hours before the start time about their booking status.

You can cancel or reschedule your reservation up to 14 days before your reservation date by calling or emailing us to receive a full refund.

We cannot reschedule or cancel within 14 days of the reservation date. Any payments made will be forfeited.

If your reservation is rescheduled, we are unable to reschedule or cancel a second time. These bookings will still be charged the full amount.

We cruise rain or shine, but for safety reasons, we will cancel if there is lightning or other severe weather. No worries! You won't be pedaling around in a tornado! If we must cancel your reservation due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund or a rain check for another date.

Please dress appropriately for predicted weather conditions. Keep in mind that weather is unpredictable, therefore cancellations are not made until right before your scheduled start time.
Dress appropriately for the predicted weather conditions. While closed-toed shoes are recommended for comfort, they are not required. However, we advise against wearing high heels or long, flowing dresses for a more enjoyable experience.
Absolutely! Our pedal bar has 10 pedaling seats and 5 non-pedaling seats, including a back bench. So, if someone in your group can't pedal, it's no problem at all! They can comfortably join the fun from one of the non-pedaling seats.
